TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These are the terms and conditions which apply to your order and the supply of our items to you. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
1. INFORMATION ABOUT US
1.1 Who we are. We are FUKAMI, an online store specialising in rare and collectible books and posters. Our website is www.fukami.store.

2. OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
2.1 Our acceptance of your order takes place when we send a confirmation email, at which point a contract is formed.
2.2 If we cannot accept your order (e.g., due to stock availability or pricing error), we will notify you and not charge you.
3. OUR PRODUCTS
3.1 All products offered by FUKAMI are rare and sold in good condition, as described. Variations may occur due to digital display differences.
3.2 Due to the nature of our products, they are available in limited quantities and often one-of-a-kind. We cannot guarantee availability.
4. DELIVERY
4.1 We ship internationally.
4.2 Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
4.3 Products will be dispatched within a reasonable timeframe after order confirmation, and you will receive a dispatch email.
5. PRICE AND PAYMENT
5.1 Prices are listed in your checkout currency and include VAT (where applicable).
5.2 We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.
6. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
6.1 If you are an EU consumer, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Contact hello@fukami.store to initiate a cancellation.
6.2 For all returns, you are responsible for the shipping fee.
6.3 We will assess the condition of the returned item upon receipt. Since our products are rare and valued accordingly, refunds will only be issued based on the returned condition. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sold.
6.4 We reserve the right to deduct from the refund amount if the item is returned damaged, altered, or in a condition different from that at the time of sale.
7. REFUNDS
7.1 If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.
7.2 Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
7.3 Due to the limited nature of our stock, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, you must place a new order.
8. FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED PRODUCTS
8.1 If the item you receive is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
8.2 If verified, we will offer a full refund and cover return shipping costs.
9. LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS
9.1 We are not liable for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
10. GENERAL TERMS
10.1 These terms are governed by English law. You may bring legal proceedings in your local jurisdiction if you are a consumer residing in the EU.
10.2 If any term is deemed unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in effect.
10.3 No delay in enforcing our rights will prevent us from enforcing them later.
